Location: Victoria Park, Stafford
Race Number Collection
As a non-profit event, we strive to keep costs low. Due to rising postage fees, we’re unable to mail out race numbers this year. Instead, you’ll need to collect yours in person at Victoria Park.
Collection Dates & Times:
Saturday, 15th March – 10 AM to 4 PM
Saturday, 22nd March – 10 AM to 4 PM
You can collect your number on race day, but to avoid long wait times, we strongly encourage people to collect on 15th OR 22nd March.
In the next week, you’ll receive an email from Njuko, our race management system, containing a unique QR code. Bring this along to collect your race number—and t-shirt, if you ordered one.
Race Number Collection – FAQs
Can someone else collect my race number?
Yes! Someone else can collect your race number on your behalf. They’ll need to bring your Njuko QR code email, and your race chip will be scanned and matched to your profile before being issued to them.
Can I collect my pre-purchased t-shirt?
Yes! T-shirts will be ready for collection on Saturday, so you can wear them on race day.
T-Shirts
The t-shirt pre-order window has now closed. If you missed out, don’t worry! A limited number of t-shirts will be available for purchase at the race village for £10 (cash only).
Bag Drop
Bags can be left at the race village, but please follow these guidelines to keep things running smoothly:
Drop off your bag between 8:00 AM – 9:15 AM (no later).
Bags must be A4 size or smaller—no large backpacks, suitcases, or ski bags!
Race Photos
Once again, the fantastic team at Mick Hall Photos will be capturing all the action. Check out their website for pre-race photo offers, and after the race, you can find your photos using your race number—or even a selfie! https://search.mickhall-photos.com/galleries/stafford-half
Race Route
The race starts and finishes on Victoria Road, right next to Victoria Park. The park itself will serve as the race village and the gathering point for the start. Please line up according to your estimated finish time.
Heads up! The final mile loops past the finish line before you complete the race. You’ll hear the crowds and see the presenter—but keep pushing! That first pass means you have just one mile to go, and the second time? That’s your victory moment!
Get excited—it’s almost race day!
