Statistics show that 94.1% of women were not taught about menopause at school, leaving 41% feeling uninformed about this challenging and difficult time.

Introducing MenoFit, a transformative class specifically designed to support women navigating the unique challenges of menopause. 

These sessions provide a nurturing environment where participants can gain knowledge, find encouragement, and take proactive steps toward their health and well-being.

The six-week course consists of weekly sessions divided into two parts: a 30-minute chat covering essential topics like symptom management, lifestyle adjustments, and self-care strategies, followed by a 30-minute workout suitable for all abilities.

Each class offers a blend of safe and effective exercise routines, tailored to individual needs and abilities. These workouts are carefully designed to be beneficial for women at all fitness levels, promoting strength, flexibility, and relaxation.

MenoFit provides a supportive space for open discussions. Participants can engage in friendly conversations, share experiences, and build meaningful connections with others who understand their journey.

MenoFit empowers women to embrace this phase of life with confidence and vitality. 

Schedule

Applemore - Thursdays - 9 am to 10 am (Vee)

Lymington – Wednesdays - 10.30 am - 11.30 am (Bee)

New Milton – Tuesdays - 6 pm - 7 pm  (Tanya)

Totton – Thursdays - 5.45 pm - 6.45 pm  (Karen)
