Join our specialised antenatal workout classes designed to support expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy journey.

Our sessions provide gentle yet effective exercises that promote physical and emotional well-being for both mom and baby.

Expect safe, pregnancy-friendly exercises tailored to each trimester, guided by our expert fitness instructors.

Connect with other expectant mothers in a supportive environment while improving fitness, alleviating discomfort, and preparing your body for labour. 

Classes will be running at Totton Health And Leisure from the 17th of January every Friday at 11.30 am completely for members or only £5 for non-members.
