Swim Together launches!

A safe space for adults who are living with mental illness, or experiencing mental health challenges, for a swim.

Struggling with Your Mental Health? You’re Not Alone – Dive Into Calm with Swim Together

Taking care of your mental health can feel challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you're looking for a way to reset, reconnect, and find some peace, water could be just the thing you need. Swim Together is a relaxed, supportive swim session designed to help you unwind, whether you're dipping a toe or diving right in.

Malvern Splash, working with Citizens Advice South Worcestershire, is excited to launch Swim Together. The aim of Swim Together is to create a peer support model that brings people together who are living with mental illness or experiencing mental health challenges for a swim in an indoor pool. The model echoes the successful Mental Health Swims peer support model, which brings people together outdoors to experience outdoor swimming.
