Ideal for those registered disabled, people living with long term health conditions and people recovering from surgery/illness. This pool session is a self led activity with our swim teacher poolside.
The group stay for a cuppa and a chat afterwards most weeks.
Tuesdays 9:30-10:15am at Stone Leisure Centre. This changes to Thursdays 10-11am from w/c 13 April
Fridays 9:30-10:30am at Stafford Leisure Centre
£4 per person, members free
