Our instructor will take you through the basic moves from tuck jumps to swivel hips to more challenging front/back drops, building confidence and ability.

Adult and junior sessions run every Monday evening.

Session 1: 4.00 - 5.00pm aimed at children aged 5-16 years 

Session 2: 5.00 - 6.00pm aimed at children aged 5-16 years 

Session 3: 6.00 - 7.00pm aimed at children aged 5-16 years 

£4.45 (non-member) | £3.95 (leisure pass) | FREE (junior/family members)

Session 4: 7.00 - 8.00pm aimed at 16+ years

£7.00 (non-member) | £6.00 (leisure pass)

Booking is recommended as sessions are popular. Members can book up to 8 days in advance, non members on the day.
