The types of classes we provide
Les Mills Classes
Mixing the hottest music with cutting-edge exercise science, motivation and the energy of many, LES MILLS group fitness classes make you fall in love with fitness. Classes include BODY Pump, BODY Combat, BODY Attack and BODY Balance.
Mindfulness Classes
Both yoga and Pilates are low impact, welcoming for all fitness levels, and gentle on your joints. In fact, they can reduce the risk of an injury in the first place. These mat based classes complement other routines and are way more than a plan B.
HIIT
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) has become a very popular style of training. The classes mostly use bodyweight exercises – such as pull-ups, push-ups, squat jumps, high knee sprints and sit-ups and will ensure you’re working at full capacity.
Indoor cycling
Indoor cycling, studio cycling or ‘spinning’ is a high-intensity exercise on a stationary bike. Classes are normally led by an instructor or can be with a ‘virtual instructor’ on the screen. It’s great at toning muscles to make you super strong.
Aqua Aerobics
Aqua Aerobics classes are a great way to mix up a traditional gym workout with the wondrous benefits of water. It only takes a few aqua aerobics sessions and you’ll see a big difference in your overall fitness.
Functional Training
Functional training is fast becoming the way to get all round fitness fast! Our training areas include equipment such as kettlebells, battle ropes, steps and hand weights.
Did you know?
The entire experience of a group exercise class can lead to higher endorphin release than with other exercise. Endorphins are those feel-good hormones and the combine effect of the music, the teacher leading you through a routine, the effort you put in and the fact you are in a group of people doing exercise, helps your body to release more!
