Group Activities and Parties in partnership with Excel Activity Group
Excel Activity Group has joined forces with the Stour Centre to introduce a range of fun and exciting activities for children and adults.
If you're in search of the perfect party, stag or hen do, team building event or just a group get together at the Stour Centre, look no further!
You can build your own bespoke event at the Stour Centre as we run the event from start to finish, so you can leave the hard work to us.
It's party time!
Leisure Pool Party
You can hire our leisure pool for exclusive use for up to 80 swimmers. There are no age or ability restrictions for this, however we do need to apply our adult to child ratios. With slides and the lazy river there's loads of fun to be had at this party.
Clip to Climb Party
Our Clip to Climb parties consist of 1 hour activity time followed by 45 minutes in a dedicated party area. Our party food is a boxed picnic meal consisting of: a sandwich, crisps, chocolate bar, mini babybel, jelly and a carton of drink. Our party slots are 14:30-16:15 on either a Saturday or Sunday.
Soft Play Party
Our Parties consist of 1 hour in the soft play followed by 45 minutes in a dedicated party area. Our party food is a boxed picnic meal consisting of a sandwich, crisps, chocolate bar, mini babybel, jelly and a carton of drink.
Food
For our party food we either offer a boxed picnic meal consisting of a sandwich, crisps, chocolate bar, mini babybel, jelly and a carton of drink, or a second option including a hot dog and slushie.
After booking your party, you'll receive a confirmation email from stourcentreparties@freedom-leisure.co.uk. This email will include details on how to select your food options and finalise your party arrangements.

Adult to Child Ratio
It is important that we keep you safe in our pools so we do need to apply our adult to child ratios of:
Under 4’s = 1 adult: 1 child
4 - 7 year olds = 1 adult: 2 children
8 years old and over do not need an adult as long as they are competent swimmers
