Marina Centre is proud to be supporting a national campaign called 'We Are Undefeatable' which has been designed to inspire and motivate people with long term health conditions to find little ways to move that work for them. Thankfully, there’s plenty of ways to get moving at Marina. From chair exercises to swimming, it all counts. Find little ways to move more with us below:
