Explore the lakes
The former quarry has been transformed into a family-orientated country park around the existing lakes providing a natural habitat for wildlife and access for walkers to explore the local environment.
Public access to the park is available during the Julie Rose Stadium's opening hours and will close at 8:45pm every day during the summer months until September and at dusk during the winter. Please be aware that public access to the lake and water-based activities is only permitted through an approved club or association. Please call the stadium on 01233 613131 for more information.
