We want to support the health of the nation enabling people to live longer, happier and healthier lives.
As a not-for-profit charitable leisure trust, supporting individuals and communities to be more active and healthier is at the heart of everything we do. We believe in ‘health at all ages’; we want the local communities we serve to have fun, feel welcome, included and empowered to live healthy lives.

No, we have a range of fantastic memberships but you can also pay as you go.
Yes, we have public swimming most days but please check out our timetable for more details.
Our state of the art gym is open 8:30-21:00 Monday-Thursday, 8:30-20:30 Friday and and 9:00-16:30 at the weekends.
Yes, we have ample parking available.
Yes, we have a variety of classes every week, such as Zumba, Metafit, Aqua fit, circuits and much more. There's something for everyone!
We have a large sports hall so there is no need to book any of our group exercise. Sports hall bookings and parties can be booked by calling us on 01978 269540

Yes, our incredibly popular Learn to Swim classes are available for all abilities. Please enquire here.
We have vending machines and a seating area where you can view the pool.
Our Junior Memberships start from 11 years old. All ages can use the pool but we do have adult to child ratios in place.

Travelling to our centre is easy and we have ample free parking on site. We are based on Heol Cefn, just off First Avenue in Gwersyllt.
