We have over 25 instructor led classes per week. These include Zumba, HIIT, Body Balance, Hiit, Indoor Cycling, Pilates, Aqua Fit and many more! |

| We run a fantastic junior swim school programme and a fabulous adult swim school programme. Swimming is a fundamental life skill that everyone should have the opportunity to develop and help them stay safe near the water. |

| We do not have a cafe but we have several vending machines serving hot and cold drinks. |
| We offer junior fitness memberships from aged 11 and full memberships are available from aged 16. |
