You do not need to be a member to use the centre, we offer pay as you day rates if you prefer.
The centre has a car park that is operated by Hastings Borough Council. It is a pay and display car park that operates between the hours of 8.00am-8.00pm
Access is available from as young as 11 yrs in junior gym sessions. Full use of all equipment is from 16 yrs
Our dumbbells go up to 60KG
Over 18's do not need to have an induction as long as you sign a health commitment form, however an induction is included in your membership if you would like one. Under 18's are required to complete an induction.
Yes we always have qualified instructors on hand should you need some advice or help during your session.
Yes we have a small cafe area selling hot and cold drinks.
