Gym Classes

Ladies Only Gym
Join us for our Women's Only Gym Sessions
- Thursdays 10:30am - 11:30am
- Saturday 6:00pm-7:00pm
No need to book - just come along.
Junior Gym
14-15 years: Access during normal gym opening times - no sessions/bookings
- Initial induction and orientation must be completed before using the gym equipment.
- Learn to Lift course must be completed before using free weights.

You can pay and play for the gym each time you visit, however if you’re a regular participant one of our monthly / annual memberships can save you money – speak to one of the memberships team and they’ll be happy to discuss the options with you or enquire online here.
Please be aware that a Health Commitment Statement form must be completed prior to using the gym for the first time.
Gym: We cater to clients as young as 14 years old. Prior to using our facility, a compulsory induction session must be completed to ensure safety and familiarity with our equipment.
Additionally, if you are interested in using our free weights, we require members aged 14 & 15 to have successfully completed our "Learn to Lift" course. This course is designed to teach proper lifting techniques, safety protocols, and ensure that all members are well-equipped to maximize their workout experience - it's also available for adults too, please ask at reception.
Group Exercise Classes: Our classes are available to anyone aged 16 years and over.
No, you can simlpy turn up for a workout, although you can book ahead for a gym floor class as spaces will be limited.
