Located in the heart of Swansea, our state of the art, spacious TechnoGym features a wide range of equipment including treadmills, cross-trainers and climbers alongside other weight resistance machines. Come try our TechnoGym Skill Series where you can emulate outdoor cycling and rowing in an indoor studio, or push yourself in our Threshold area featuring everything from sled pushes to kettlebells. We also have a Women's Only Workout Area with a range of cardio and weights designed for female fitness.

NERS National Health Referral Scheme

Many of our Swansea centres participate in the Freedom Leisure Health Referral programme which offers tailored support to individuals or groups of people requiring specialist exercise prescription to manage existing health conditions or prevent ill health.

Programmes run by Freedom Leisure include: weight management programmes, exercise on referral, cardiac rehabilitation, falls prevention, and much more.
